1. What you are buying

Wizards Picks LLC sells time-limited access to digital sports-picks content: handicapping selections, the number and unit size on each play, written analysis, and an invite to a private, announcement-only Telegram channel. You are purchasing information and entertainment content. You are not purchasing a wager, a financial product, investment advice, or any interest in a betting outcome.

2. Risk disclosure

Sports betting involves risk, including the risk of losing the money you wager. Results are not guaranteed. Past results do not guarantee future results. Wizards Picks LLC makes no claim or promise of profit, and nothing on this site should be read as a guaranteed winner or a risk-free opportunity. All wagering decisions are yours alone and you are solely responsible for them.

3. Passes, duration and price

Passes are one-time purchases. They do not renew and nothing is charged automatically. Access begins immediately after your payment is confirmed and ends at midnight Eastern Time on the final day of the pass you selected. Current pricing:

• • 3 Day Pass — $250 — access through midnight Eastern on day 3
• • 7 Day Pass — $500 — access through midnight Eastern on day 7
• • Monthly Pass — $1,500 — access through midnight Eastern on day 30

Prices may change for future purchases; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where sports wagering is legal. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

5. Delivery and account access

Content is delivered digitally through your members area on this site and through the private Telegram channel. Access is personal to you. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, screenshotting for distribution, or republishing the picks is prohibited and may result in access being revoked without refund.

6. Recordkeeping

When you purchase, we record the date and time of your acknowledgment, the exact version and text of the terms you accepted, the pass and price selected, the order or payment identifier, the account email associated with the purchase, and technical request information such as IP address and browser user agent. We also record when purchased content was made available to you and when you accessed it. These records exist to verify orders and to respond to payment-processor or bank inquiries, and are handled in line with applicable privacy laws.
