REFUND POLICY

Digital content, delivered immediately

Passes unlock digital sports-picks content the moment your payment is confirmed. Because the content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, passes are generally non-refundable once the picks or the Telegram invite have been made available to you.

When we do issue refunds

• • Duplicate or accidental charge — refunded in full.
• • Content never delivered — if a technical problem on our side kept you from accessing the picks or the Telegram invite for the pass you paid for, we refund that pass in full.
• • Unaccessed pass — if you have not opened the picks or the Telegram invite, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will review your request.
• • Unauthorized charge — report it and we will investigate and refund a confirmed unauthorized transaction.

What is not refundable

Losing picks are not grounds for a refund. Sports betting involves risk, results are not guaranteed, and past results do not guarantee future results. You are purchasing access to content, not an outcome.

How to request a refund

Send your order email and the approximate purchase time through the contact form. We respond to billing requests as quickly as possible and, where a refund applies, it is returned to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights with your bank or card issuer. If you believe a charge is wrong, we would rather resolve it with you directly and quickly — reaching out to us first is usually faster than a dispute.
